What a visit can include

Check-ups

An exam comes first. Depending on what the dentist finds, x-rays, a cleaning, fluoride or sealants may follow, and the dentist explains each one before it is done.

Cleanings

Scaling and a fluoride application, with time to talk through home care.

Fillings

Permanent fillings, explained at the chair before they start.

Kids

A calm first visit, a parent beside the chair, and a page on Healthy Smiles Ontario for eligible children.
